Payment and delivery



The calculation is carried out in cash or on a cash-free basis.

Delivery to Kiev

Delivery of orders is subject to the following conditions:

  • In Kiev – delivery 300 UAH, in the entrance;
  • Outside the city of Kiev – 25 UAH / km. Delivery of 300 UAH for Kiev costs + 25 kilometers per kilometer for the city;

Delivery of orders is 200 km from Kiev, delivery of more than 200 km is discussed individually.

Free cargo lifting is carried out on the following conditions:

  • If possible, load the product in the cargo / increased capacity / passenger lift – without restrictions;
  • When lifting manually on the 5th floor inclusive;
  • An additional payment is made when raising upholstered furniture above the 6th floor;
  • When raising upholstered furniture above the 12th floor, a surcharge of two times the amount for each following floor is made, but not more than 16 floors

Warrancy and Return

According to Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine “Protection of Consumer Rights”, the consumer has the right to exchange or return the purchased goods during 14 days after purchase, subject to the following conditions:

1. The exchange or return is subject only to a new product that was not in use and has no trace of use: scratches, chips, scuffles, other damage.

2. The goods were not intended and not mounted, as well as its merchandise was preserved.

3. The integrity of the product packaging and its complete set is preserved.

4. Saved labels, instructions and production labels.

5. A merchant receipt, a specification and/or a consignment note, a receipt for payment confirming the fact of purchase of the goods in our online store.

To return the money, the consumer must bring with him and return the seller: purchased goods, a receipt, a bill of lading, a contract, an order form. Returns are not subject to: discounted goods, collected or damaged after the purchase of goods, mattresses (without packaging/with broken packaging or used), goods that were manufactured or brought under the individual order.

WARNING! If the goods are individual, made for individual sizes and/or in a certain upholstery chosen by the customer, then this product belongs to the list of goods in App No. 3 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19.03.1994 No. 172 (List of good quality goods not subject to exchange (return).

Non-warranty service 

Non-warranty service includes: broken loops, cracked mechanisms (cracks that arose during the operation), deformation or breakage of furniture parts that were obtained during operation with violations of the handling rules, natural wear of furniture and their components. The warranty does not apply to furniture collected by the customer independently in violation of the mounting instructions. In non-guaranteeing case, all actions for replacement or repair of the goods (furniture) are carried out at the expense of the buyer (take-off, transportation, re-lifting, re-assembly).
